ThinkAyurvedaFirst connects users with verified Ayurvedic practitioners and enables the purchase of authentic Ayurvedic products via our website and mobile app. Orders and appointments are governed by our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy available on our website.
Order Processing Time:
Processing window: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization.
Cutoff: Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST, on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Stock status: Products listed as “In stock” are prioritized for dispatch after processing. If an item requires extra time, we will notify you via email/SMS.
Shipping Partners and Coverage:
Courier network: We ship through leading domestic courier partners via our logistics aggregator to ensure reliable, trackable delivery.
Serviceability: Delivery depends on courier serviceability to your PIN code. If your location is unserviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or process a cancellation and refund.
Delivery Timelines:
Metros and Tier-1 cities: 3–5 business days after order processing
Other serviceable locations: 5–10 business days after order processing.
Notes: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier constraints, weather, access limitations, or operational delays. Tracking scans can take up to 24 hours to reflect after pickup.
Shipping Fees:
Calculated at checkout: Shipping charges are shown at checkout and may vary by destination, weight/volumetric weight, and service level.
Promotions: Free shipping thresholds or promotional offers (if any) will be displayed at checkout and may change from time to time.
Order Tracking:
Tracking link: A tracking link is shared by email/SMS once the shipment is handed to the courier.
Update time: Tracking activity may take up to 24 hours to reflect after the first pickup scan.
Assistance: If tracking does not update for an extended period, contact support with your Order ID for assistance.
Address Accuracy and Delivery Attempts:
Address requirements: Provide a complete address and reachable phone number. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Delivery attempts: Courier delivery attempts follow carrier policy. If a shipment is undeliverable due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal, it may be returned to origin. Reshipment charges may apply.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
Before dispatch: Orders can generally be cancelled before they move to “out for delivery.” Once out for delivery, unopened orders may be eligible for return/refund as per our Refund Policy.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Shipments:
Damaged on delivery: If the package appears damaged or tampered, please document with photos/videos of the outer box, inner packaging, and product, and contact support within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost in transit: If a shipment is delayed beyond reasonable timelines or marked lost, we will coordinate with the courier and process a replacement or refund as applicable.
